Online Dockage/Mooring - Daily/Weekly Rental Application
In consideration of being permitted to rent or use a “Berth” or “Mooring” at the Petpeswick Yacht Club, I, the undersigned, do hereby release and exonerate the Petpeswick Yacht Club, its servants and agents or independent contractors from any claim, injury or damages which I may suffer, or which may occur while my vessel is attached to a Petpeswick Yacht Club Berth or Mooring. As per this Agreement, all persons renting a Petpeswick Yacht Club Berth or Mooring must have insurance equivalent of $1 million per “Occurrence Liability” and provide proof of insurance coverage on request from the club and for the same consideration, I specifically agree to indemnify and save harmless the Petpeswick Yacht Club from any damages suffered by myself or any other person as a result of my being on Petpeswick Yacht Club property, using its services, and the use of a Petpeswick Yacht Club Berth or Mooring. I agree to pay for all damages caused by my actions or that of my vessel.
I have read and understand the statements above. By completing and submitting the online application below, I attest to my agreement to comply with these requirements. Arrangements for payment will be directed by the Rear Commodore.
