2026 Daily and Hourly RENTAL RATES (Effective November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026)

By completing this agreement you are agreeing to our terms of service, as outlined below. Please choose either daily or hourly rental as required.

Future Bookings & Rates:

For events between November 1, 2026, and October 31, 2027: These bookings will use our 2027 rate schedule. Before finalizing your reservation, please reach out to our Hall Rental Coordinator to get the most applicable pricing.
For events after October 31, 2027: If you are booking further into the future, please note that PYC rates may be subject to change.

By regulation, All liquor/alcohol must be purchased from our bar. PYC’s bar license does not permit renters to bring their own alcohol to events at PYC.

Sanitation & Damage Deposit

Required SanitizationRequired. This must be paid at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit *Required. This must be paid at the time of booking. Damage deposit will be refunded if there is no damage after a post-event inspection. The cost of any damage, or to rectify inadequate garbage removal or basic cleaning, will be deducted from the damage deposit and if necessary an invoice will be sent to cover any excess amount.

Setup & Cleanup

Note: Renters are responsible for their own setup and cleanup. For hourly rentals select the NOT REQUIRED option if you can setup/cleanup within your rental time. For full day rentals, i.e. weddings, select from the following fee options. See Cleaning and Setup/Cleanup below under "Conditions". Maximum 3 hours subject to availability.

Music & Bartending

Bartending *(Under 90 guests 1 bartender/ over 90 guests 2 bartenders) All liquor must be purchased from the PYC bar. Special requests re: wine for toasts must be discussed with the Bar Manager at least 4 weeks prior to the Event.

Conditions

Please note the following conditions:

Liquor: According to the rules set by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission liquor must be consumed either in the clubhouse or on the deck. Liquor may not be consumed out of these areas. By regulation, All liquor/alcohol must be purchased from our bar. PYC’s bar license does not permit renters to bring their own alcohol to events at PYC.

Smoking: There is no smoking in the clubhouse or on the decks. Smokers are to dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate containers on the grounds.

Cleaning: After the event, basic cleaning is expected of the renter, (i.e. clean the kitchen, remove decorations, sweep the floors, clean and stack furniture used). All chairs and tables are to be stored in the south-west corner of the building as directed by the Hall Rental Chairperson.

Garbage: See posted garbage requirements on kitchen wall. As part of the cleanup all garbage is to be bagged in CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS and if possible is to be removed from the premises completely. Blue bags are available for recyclables. Wine bottles, beer bottles and cooler cans are to be returned to the bar for disposal. City compost is required to be put in provided paper compost bags, closed up and discarded in the green bin.

Tables, Chairs and Furniture: Any PYC tables, chairs and other furniture not used in the event may be moved at the renter’s effort and expense and stored in another PYC building if available, or outside the clubhouse, but must be placed on a tarp and covered with a tarp while outside. After the event all furniture (whether used in the event or stored outside) must be wiped down and stored in the south-west corner of the building as directed by the Hall Rental Chairperson. See Cleaning.

Stage: There are 9 sections of the stage. These may be configured to suit the occasion. If they are not all used, the excess may be stored outside on a tarp and covered with a tarp during the event. After the event all stage sections, tables and chairs are to be re-stacked in the south-west corner of the clubhouse.

Decorations: No pins, staples, tacks, or tape may be used anywhere on the clubhouse walls ceilings and no pictures, plaques, or fittings are to be removed. Ceiling decorations and streamers must be strung from paper clip hooks placed carefully in the joints of the ceiling tiles. All decorations are to be removed following the event during the cleanup.

Setup/Cleanup: Setup and cleanup times are not guaranteed to be exclusive as there may be concurrent club events, but they won’t interfere with set up or clean up.

Note: If there is a booked yacht club event, Friday evenings and/or Sunday, the club reserves the right to limit the availability of hours for set up and/or clean up. In addition, PYC members can use the clubhouse washrooms at all times.
